After this matter was called out, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner would join the place of transfer and is willing to approach the Divisional Commissioner. In that context he would make a representation to the Divisional Commissioner for reconsidering the transfer, notwithstanding his joining the place of transfer.

In the light of the order passed by this Court [Coram : Shree Chandrashekhar (as His Lordship then was) and Aarti Sathe, J.J.] on 26th August, 2025 in Writ Petition No. 11441 of 2025 filed by Vijaykumar Rajaram Desale And Others v/s. The State of Maharashtra And Others and since the order has already been passed by the CEO, the Petitioner is granted the liberty to approach the Divisional Commissioner within 7 days from today.
