The essential relief which the petitioners are seeking is a direction against Appellate Authority to decide interim relief application considering urgency of execution. However, in that case, there is no challenge to the order passed by quasi judicial authority. Moreover, the impugned order in the present writ petition by way of prayer clause (a) is an order which is already subject matter of appeal pending before the Appellate Authority. 2.

Hence, leave to amend to seek appropriate relief. 3.

Place the writ petition before appropriate Division Bench. 4.

Petitioners to supply additional set of writ petition to the Registry.
