This Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for limited relief praying that the Petitioner's Appeal filed under Section 14(1)(j-3) and read with Section 16 of Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1959 be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2.
It is informed by learned AGP appearing for Respondent-State that the hearing of Appeal was held on 23rd September, 2025 and the orders of the Appeal would soon be passed within period of one week from today. We accept the statement as made on behalf of Respondent. 3.
