The learned Additional Government Pleader tenders a copy of a communication dated 7th January, 2026, addressed by Shri Devidas Mahajan, Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Thane, to the Government Pleader's Office, stating therein that the impugned order dated 11th July, 2022, is being withdrawn and a fresh notice of hearing would be issued to the Management with regard to the proposal pertaining to the Petitioners. By following the due procedure laid down in law, a reasonable opportunity of hearing would be granted, and a final order would be passed.
