This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs : "B) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.3 to complete the inquiry applications bearing No.1925/2019, under section 41B, application No. 514/2019 under section 41A and Misc Application No. 443/2024, 1389/2024 and 444/2024 within a time frame work, preferably within 4 weeks. C) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.2 to decide application bearing No. 29/2016 under section 41E pending before him within a time frame work, preferably within 4 weeks.

86-Wp-12614-2025.doc D) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.4 to decide Inspector Inquiry Nos.3/2009 and Inspector Inquiry No. 13/2024 pending before him within a time frame work, preferably within 1 week.

E) To direct respondent No. 1 to take stern action against the respondent No. 4 as per law and to conduct his departmental inquiry in respect of dereliction within a time frame work, preferably within 4 weeks.

F) To direct the respondent No.5 to take stern action as per law against the respondent No.2 and 3 for their avoidance, negligence and failure to perform their statutory duties as mentioned in the writ petition."

The prayers are in the nature of directions to the Respondents concerned to decide the respective proceedings pending before them within a time frame. Learned A.G.P. concedes.

In view of the same, the Petition is allowed with an expectation that respective Respondents would decide the respective proceedings [as have been mentioned in prayer clause (B) to (F)] on their own merits within a time frame of eight months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
