Challenge in this writ petition is to an order passed by the Appellate Authority in exercise of powers under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against which the petitioner has remedy by way of Revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 in view of judgment of Full Bench of this Court in Shireen Sami Ghadiali & Ors. vs. Spenta Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., 2011 (3) Mah L.J. 486. 2.

Hence, keeping all questions open to be agitated before the Revisional Authority, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
