CORAM

: AMIT BORKAR, J.

DATED : SEPTEMBER 26, 2025

903-904-wp-12639-2025 with connected.doc P.C.:

1.

The grievance raised on behalf of the petitioners is that despite urgency of the matters, the Revisional Authority has failed to adjudicate the application(s) for ad-interim/interim relief seeking stay of the order granting membership. It is submitted that the Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 30th September 2025. Therefore, the Authorities are under an obligation to expeditiously adjudicate the stay application. 2.

However, in the absence of a quasi-judicial order, the proper remedy for the petitioners is to approach the Division Bench for appropriate relief.

3.

Accordingly, leave to amend the petitions.

4.

Place the petitions before Division Bench.

5.

The petitioners' to supply additional set of the writ petitions. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
