CORAM:

SUMAN SHYAM & MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, JJ.

DATED:

8TH OCTOBER 2025.

PC:- 1.

The primary grievance of the Petitioner is that while closing the Revision Petition filed before the Divisional Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies for orders, the stay application made by the 8th October 2025

55-ASWP-12629-2025+.DOC Petitioners was not considered by the Authority. Accordingly, this matter was deferred for obtaining instructions by the learned Additional GP.

2.

Today, when the matter is called out, Mr Walimbe, learned Additional GP submits that the matter has now been finally heard and the order will be delivered within a week from today. If that be so, we do not see any justification to keep the Writ Petitions pending any further before this Court.

3.

As such, both the Writ Petitions are hereby disposed of by providing that a copy of the order passed in the Revision Petition be served upon the Petitioners and the other interested parties as soon as the same is delivered. The Petitioners will be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy in the matter, if they continue to remain aggrieved.
