The learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the Respondents Nos.5 and 6 have jointly submitted that the dispute between the parties have been amicably resolved. The learned counsel for the parties have jointly handed over the Consent Terms which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Petitioners, for the amounts mentioned in the Consent Terms, the receipt whereof, have been duly acknowledged by the Petitioners' counsel.

The Writ Petitioners are personally present in the Court. The President of the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 is personally present. 4.

Since the matter has been amicably resolved, the Writ Petition stands disposed of noting the Consent Terms as hereunder:- "

CONSENT TERMS The Petitioners and the Respondents respectfully submit the following Consent Terms for consideration and disposal of the above Writ Petition:

1. In Writ Petition No. 4626 of 2009, this Hon'ble Court passed an order dated 26.07.2010, directing the Respondents to pay salary and service benefits to the Petitioners in accordance with the M.E.P.S. Act and applicable Rules.

2. For enforcement of the said order, the Petitioners have filed present Writ Petition on 07/08/2025, which is pending before this Hon'ble Court.

3. The parties have amicably resolved their disputes and agreed upon the following Consent Terms:

A. The Respondent Nos. 5 and 6, the School Management, agree and undertake to pay the Petitioners the following amounts as full and final settlement of all past, present, and future claims, including salary, arrears, allowances and service benefits:

In view of financial hardship faced by the Petitioners during the Diwali festival, the Respondent school management paid an advance of Rs.5,00,000/- to each teacher on 03.10.2025, which all Petitioners accepted without prejudice to their rights. After adjusting the above advance, the Respondent school management has now issued the final balance amount cheques, which the Petitioners acknowledge and accept. The final payable amounts are as follows:

C. The Petitioners acknowledge receipt of the above payments, including the amounts already paid as Diwali advance. The Respondents confirm that TDS has been appropriately deducted and will be credited against the Petitioners' PANs with the Income Tax Department. D. The Petitioners have also made a request to the Respondent School Management for Provident Fund (PF) encashment, and the said request has been duly considered and acted upon. The Management has accordingly processed and completed the PF encashment formalities.

E. The Respondents shall issue the following documents to each Petitioner:

a) Experience Letter b) Character Certificate

4. In view of the above settlement, the Petitioners' services shall stand concluded, and the Petitioners shall not raise any further claims against the School Management in relation to their service.

5. It is prayed that the Hon'ble Court may dispose of Writ Petition (Civil) No. 12654 of 2025 in terms of these Consent Terms."

We have taken note of the submission of Mr. N. C. Walimbe, learned Addl. GP appearing for the State that the State is not a party to the said Consent Terms and therefore, would not have any liability in the matter.
