The Petitioner has already instituted a Regular Civil Suit against the builder. The grievance raised in this Petition, seeking permanent alternate accommodation, can appropriately be agitated before the Civil Court in the said suit. 2.

Since Mr. Sakhdeo appears for the KDM Corporation and was present in the Court Hall, we requested him to assist the Court. At the request of the Court, Mr. Sakhdeo has appeared in the matter.
