The main grievance of the Petitioner is that the, learned Civil ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Judge has not passed order on the Application for rejection of the Plaint by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.10.01 11:24:44 +0530 under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, though the arguments were heard on 19th April 2025. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner invites attention of the Court to the Daily Case Status of the proceedings (page 70 of the Petition). It appears that, the arguments were heard on 19th April 2025 and the matter came to be posted on 3rd May 2025.

Having regard to the limited nature of the grievance and the material to show that, the arguments on the Application for rejection of 1/2

26-WP-12676-2025.DOC the Plaint were heard on 19th April 2025, the Petition stands disposed with a request to the learned Civil Judge, to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, on the said Application, as expeditiously as possible, and, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
