Heard Mr. Mhatugade, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. Naik, learned AGP, for the Respondent-State and Mr. Shinde, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.5. 2.

The only relief sought in this Writ Petition is that the Respondents be directed to complete the acquisition proceedings of the subject property in a time-bound manner, as the same has been reserved in the revised Development Plan dated 24th May 2012 for a 12 meter-wide DP Road.

Mr. Shinde, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.5Ichalkaranji Municipal Corporation, states that 30% of the amount has Arjun

Mr. Naik, learned AGP, states that a notice under Section 21 of the Right To Fair Compensation And Transparency In Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation And Resettlement Act, 2013 has already been issued, and that the land acquisition proceedings will be completed expeditiously. 5.

In the facts and circumstances, we direct that the land acquisition proceedings be completed expeditiously within a period of 1 year. 6.
