By this petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent No.1-The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to forthwith process and grant the requisite certificate to the petitioner's film 'JANKI', in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has undertaken to this Court that what is stated at serial Nos.1 and 3 to 7 at page numbers 1/3
14 to 17 of the petition will be deleted. Statement accepted. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further tendered a Chart indicating what can be deleted and what cannot be deleted. The said Chart is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. A copy of the said chart is also handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents, on written instructions, states that since the petitioner is deleting what is stated in the Chart at serial Nos.1 and 3 to 7, which is at page numbers 14 to 17 of the petition, and the Chart which is marked as 'X' for identification, the respondent No.1-CBFC has no objection to process the film. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the present petition. The same is disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state, the petitioner shall submit a deletion/modified version of the movie 'JANKI', as per what has been undertaken by the petitioner today, to the respondent No.1-CBFC. On submitting the deletion/modified version of the movie 'JANKI', the respondent No.1-CBFC shall process the said film and issue certification, within 3 working days of the receipt of the said deletion/modified version of the movie.

The Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
