The Petitioner has completed five-year LL.B. course. His admission is shown as RPV provisional. Neither the learned Advocate for the Petitioner nor the learned Advocate for the College, is aware of the full form of RPV.

The Petitioner's result has not been declared, and a degree certificate has not been issued for two reasons. Firstly, he has not submitted 1/2

Trupti 18-wp-12690-2025 his validity certificate. Secondly, he has not submitted his non-creamy layer certificate.

The non-creamy layer certificate shown to us, is doubtful, as it shows him to be the son of "K," whereas his father's name is 'Pandit', and not the name beginning with the initial "K." There are no pleadings in the Petition regarding the profession or earnings of his father. The full name of the father is also not mentioned, nor there are any documents to show that his father is eligible for a non-creamy layer certificate. 4.

We direct the Petitioner to submit an affidavit declaring all the above details, including information about his father, his profession, earnings, etc. As requested by the Petitioner, let such affidavit be filed, on or before 10th October 2025.

List this Petition, in the urgent supplementary board, on 14th October 2025. The learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 College shall be ready to address the Court on the merits.
