1) Mr. Sawant, learned counsel for Respondent No.5 submitted that, the Petitioner has already been expelled from the Respondent No.5 - Society. Record indicates that, Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies Ambegaon (Manchar), Taluka Ambegaon, District Pune, has rejected the Application preferred by Petitioner under Section 25A of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

1.1) In view thereof, as of today the Petitioner has no locus-standi to claim the relief as prayed for in the Petition. 1/2
