Mr. Vaibhav Ugle, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, submits that although his client in primarily aggrieved with the provisional voters list wherein certain wrong entries have been made, yet, since the issues raised in the Writ Petition pertains to the domain of the jurisdictional Assistant Registrar of the Co-operative Societies, hence, the Petitioner may be granted leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the jurisdictional Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, ventilating his grievance in the matter.

The prayer is not opposed by Ms. Kavita Solunkhe, learned Addl. G.P. appearing for the Respondent-State. 3.

In view of the above, the prayer stands allowed. It is made clear that if any Application is made by the Petitioner in accordance with law, within two weeks from today, the prayer made therein be considered as expeditiously as possible. 4.
