By this petition, the only relief sought by the petitioner is a direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 i.e. The Pune Municipal Corporation, to forthwith decide the petitioner's representation, in terms of Regulation No. 2.15 of Chapter-II of UDCPR i.e. Exhibit 'H' to the present Writ Petition.

Considering that this the only relief sought in the aforesaid petition, it would not be necessary to issue notice to any of the respondents.

Accordingly, we direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to decide the petitioner's representations expeditiously and in any event, within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

We make it clear that, we have not gone into the merits of the representation so made by the petitioner and as such, the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to take a decision in accordance with law, on the basis of the petitioner's representation. Needless to state, that all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open. 6.

Petition is allowed and disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
