Heard Mr. Sharma, Learned Counsel appears for the Petitioners. None appears for the Respondent. 2.

This Writ Petition was disposed of by order dated 2nd February, 2026. On that day, the order was dictated in open Court. However, while finalizing the draft order, it was noticed that the Respondent herein is "Srichand Shamandas Aswani" whereas in many documents on which reliance is placed, are in favour of "Anil Govindram Mulchandani" and, therefore, the matter is listed. However, Mr. Sharma, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has clarified the position. He submitted that "Srichand Shamandas Aswani" and Mr. Anil 6th February, 2026 Shraddha

901-WP-12718-2025.doc Govindram Mulchandani are the partners and they were conducting the business from the suit premises in the name and style of "Gurudev Electricals" and to substantiate the same, he points out a letter dated 10th April, 2023 of Srichand Shamandas Aswani (Page 124 to 128) of the Petition.
