The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad has taken instructions. He submits that in the cause for which this Petition is filed, the Petitioner has already approached the CEO to voice his grievance under the policy of the State Government. Hearing has also concluded on 7th October, 2025. A decision would be delivered within a reasonable time with reasons.
