The petitioner after obtaining possession of the secured lost assets again lost possession thereof to the principal borrowers. Direction is, therefore, sought to again issue notice under Section 14 of the The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 to deliver possession of those assets to the petitioner, secured creditor.
