Mr.Mhaispurkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw these petitions and approach the Assistant Charity Commissioner by filing fresh change reports in light of the order passed by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner in Scheme Application No. ACC/18/2022 dated 28th April 2023. 3.

In the event fresh change reports are filed, the Assistant Charity Commissioner shall decide the same on their own merits and in accordance with law.
