This petition has been filed for following substantive reliefs; b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus and or any other direction in the Respondent Authorities to forthwith process and grant permission to the Petitioner Trust to publish the advertisement for recruitment of various posts in three schools namely Vidya Mandir Kanya Prashala, Vairag, Vidya Mandir High School, Vairag and Malegaon Prashala, Malegaon R;

c) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus and or any other direction writ in the nature of SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2026.01.14 10:16:55 +0530

95-WP-12796-2025.doc mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities to send surplus staff, duly qualified, for the post, available with the Petitioner Trust in the three schools namely Vidya Mandir Kanya Prashala, Vairag, Vidya Mandir High School, Vairag and Malegaon Prashala, Malegaon R".

The petitioner would be content with a direction to respondent No.1 - Education Officer (Secondary) to send competent surplus teaching staff to the Schools of the petitioner. 3.

Respondent No.1 is, therefore, directed to decide the petitioner's proposal within a time frame of four months from the date of copy of receipt of this order.

The petition stands disposed of.
