By this petition, Petitioner seeks quashing of the impugned order dated 12th March 2025 passed by the Registrars of Companies on the Petitioner's complaints.

Since, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 raises a preliminary objection, that the Petitioner has an alternate remedy, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

We permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding before the appropriate forum, as may be maintainable in law.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 6.

Needless to state, that we have not heard the Petition on merits and as such keep all contentions of all parties on merits open.
