The learned Addl.GP submits that the inspection report clearly indicates that the Petitioners have removed all deficiencies. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners points out that the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) has already given its approval for the Academic Year 2025-2026. It was only because of the dictate of the Joint 1/2

Trupti 924-wp-12807-2025 Secretary, Higher and Technical Education Department, Government of Maharashtra, that the Petitioners were temporarily not permitted to admit students for the first year. He submits that the Maharashtra Government has now given the clearance and there is no impediment. Furthermore, the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education has also given the clearance, and the PCI has also now permitted the Petitioners to participate in the admission process.

We, therefore, direct the PCI to give the clearance for the Petitioners' participation in the admission process, within 24 hours. 4.

In view of the above, we direct the concerned Authorities, especially Respondent No.6, to forthwith include the Petitioners' Institution in the list of eligible colleges, on their website, indicating that the said Institution is available for admission of students for the Degree and Diploma courses.
