The learned AGP submits that the inspection report clearly indicates that the Petitioner has removed all deficiencies. 2.

The learned Senior Advocate, Mr. Anturkar, points out that the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) has already given its approval for the Academic Year 2025-2026. It was only because of the dictate of the Joint Secretary, Higher and Technical Education Department, Government of Maharashtra, that the Petitioner was Gauri Gaekwad

926.WP-12812-2025.odt temporarily not permitted to admit students for the first year. He submits that the Maharashtra Government has now given the clearance and there is no impediment. Furthermore, the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education has also given the clearance, and the PCI has also now permitted the Petitioner to participate in the admission process.

We, therefore, direct the PCI to give the clearance for the Petitioner's participation in the admission process, within 24 hours.

In view of the above, we direct the concerned Authorities, especially Respondent No.7, to forthwith include the Petitioner Institution in the list of eligible colleges, on its website, indicating that the said Institution is available for admission of students for the Degree and Diploma courses.
