This is second round of litigation by the Petitioner. Vide order dated 24th June 2024, this Court in Writ Petition No. 8562 of 2024, directed the Respondent authorities to decide the proposal for approval to the Petitioner's services. Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the Petitioner would point out that after this order, the Education Oicer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur issued a letter dated 20th February 2025 calling upon the Petitioner and the school management to submit the record to substantiate their claim. He would further submit that Petitioner and school management submitted all the requisite documents but till date no decision has been taken by the Education Patil-SR 1 of

939 wp-12826-2025(c).doc Oicer. He further submits that on 24th February 2025, the school management has given a comprehensive representation to the Education Oicer requesting to adjudicate the approval proposal, however, no action has been taken on the same. 2.

We deprecate such attitude of the Education Oicer who is only sitting over the proposal for months together. 3.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Education Oicer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur to decide the subject matter proposal within a period of 12 weeks from today. If necessary, opportunity of hearing be given to the Petitioner and school management.
