Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Dighe, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that during the pendency of the Petition, pursuant to the order passed by the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL learned Charity Commissioner, an instrument has been executed in ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.10.09 18:09:19 +0530 favour of the Respondent No.3. Mr. Dighe seeks leave to amend the Petition so as to assail the said Sale Deed and seek necessary prayers. Mr. Dighe handed in a draft of the amendment. 1/2

Since the Petition is at the pre-admission stage and the Sale Deed has been executed on 8th October 2025, leave to amend in accordance with the draft amendment handed in and marked "X". Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.

The Respondents are at liberty to file the Affidavits in Reply/compilation of documents, on or before 7th November 2025. 6.

In the meanwhile, all the developments at the site, shall be subject to the outcome of the Petition and the parties shall not be entitled to claim equities.
