The learned counsels appearing in Writ Petition No.12870 of 2025 and Writ Petition (Stamp) No.31132 of 2025 state that the petitioner(s) shall not raise any additional ground, even if taken in these writ petitions, except the legal grounds urged on behalf of the other petitioners as indicated in the order dated 19th September 2025 or any other ground raised in the earlier two writ petitions being Writ Petition No.6746 of 2024 and Writ Petition (Stamp) No.17210 of 2024. To that extent, issue notice. 2.
The learned Advocate General states that the State shall adopt the stand taken in its counter-affidavit filed in Writ Petition No.6746 of 2024 and Writ Petition (Stamp) No.17210 of 2024 and if any need so arises, an additional affidavit shall be filed within a period of next ten days.
