Prima facie, there is no effective consultation. Moreover, the right claimed by the complainant and the grounds raised prima facie do not fall under Section 78A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 4.

Hence, until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
