Mr. Ligade, the learned Advocate for the petitioners, submits that in view of the order passed by this Court on 16th December 2025, in terms of paragraph No.3 thereof, the petitioners have deposited an amount of Rs.20,00,000/-, the receipt whereof is filed along with the praecipe. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The learned Advocate for the respondents fairly agrees that an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- has been deposited by the petitioners. Mr. Ligade, the learned Advocate for the petitioners, further submits that the amount of Rs.50,00,000/- shall be deposited in terms of the order dated 16th December 2025. He further submits that the fresh One Time Settlement (for short, "OTS") proposal, as directed by this Court, could not be filed on the earlier occasion and that the same shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today. If the OTS proposal is submitted by the petitioner to the respondent, the same shall be considered by the respondent in accordance with the policy governing OTS. 3.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of this order.
