Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail of alternate remedy under Section 11(9) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 which provides that an award passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal 2, Mumbai shall be executed in accordance with the procedure laid down for execution of orders and decree of a Civil Court under Order 21 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
