By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.1 to process the petitioner's application dated 29th January 2021, within four weeks and record the change in the constitution of the Partnership Firm "Kiyaara Buildcon" thereby registering the induction of the petitioner as a partner with effect from 13th September 2021 and recording the retirement of Mr. Ratilal Brijlal Kunkulol with effect from the same date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that not only is the petitioner's application pending but there are several applications which are pending before the respondent No.1-Registrar of Firms/Asst. Registrar of Pune, for years together, when infact it is the duty of the respondent No.1 to decide the applications, as and when filed before them, expeditiously.

As far as the present petition is concerned, we direct the respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's application dated 29th January 2021, which is pending for last more than 4 years, within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
In the facts, we, also deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.1 to dispose of other pending applications, as expeditiously as possible. A report be submitted to this Court with regard to the pendency, in the last 15 years. 5.
Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

List the aforesaid petition under the caption 'for recording compliance' on 14th November 2025.

Learned A.G.P. to forthwith communicate the aforesaid order passed today to the respondent No.1 to enable them to place before this Court on the next date, the data pertaining to all the pending applications, in the last 15 years.
