The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be taken up with Writ Petition No.12201 of 2025 and Writ Petition No.12908 of 2025 as the petitioner is the same company and the respondents also happen to be the same. The issue arising in this petition may be distinct from the issues on merits sought to be raised on behalf of the petitioner company in the other petitions. But, in the interest of justice, it would be appropriate that all the three petitions are heard together.
