By this petition, petitioners seek payment of amount of compensation as per award dated 10.09.2024 in File No. 2024/LNQ/SR/01/2020 along with interest payable under Section 80 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short, "2013 Act"). 2.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the demand is already raised for paying compensation to the petitioners. 3.

Respondents are directed to pay the compensation to the petitioners along with interest in terms of Section 80 of the 2013 Act within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
