The present Writ Petition is filed seeking stay to order dated 05.03.2025 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Shrirampur in Tenancy Appeal No.168/2024.

Undisputedly, petitioner has filed Revision before Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad (for short 'MRT') and same is pending for consideration. Even petitioner has filed application seeking interim relief in pending Revision Application. The purpose of present petition would be served if application for interim relief filed before MRT is decided within stipulated period. 3.

In that view of matter, Writ Petition stands disposed of with request to MRT to decide application for interim relief filed by petitioner in Revision Application within period of eight (08) weeks from today.
