In the said Order, in paragraph No.3, the word "Satara" be replaced as "Kolhapur". After correcting the said word, paragraph No.3 would read as under :

"From the concluding portion of the aforesaid order, it is crystal clear that the Respondent No.3-Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur was inclined to revive and reconsider the matter, subject to the Head Master of the school furnishing a frank and clear opinion in that regard."
