Heard learned counsel for the parties. The learned counsel for the parties' state that the issue involved in this Petition is the same as the issue involved in Writ Petition No.12961 of 2025.

Considering the order made by us in the accompanying Petition, we direct that if the Petitioner makes the pre-deposit within four weeks from today, then the Petitioner should be allowed to file the Appeal against the order dated 21 December 2022, and such Appeal should then be decided in accordance with law and on its own merits. If, however, the pre-deposit requirement is not complied with within four

(26) WP-12962.25(1).DOCX weeks from today, there is no question of entertaining the Petitioner's Appeal. The directions regarding interim reliefs issued in the order disposing of Writ Petition No.12961 of 2025 will equally apply in this Petition as well. 3.

This Petition is disposed of in the above terms with no order for costs.

All concerned must act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
