The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to decide his application in respect of compassionate appointment dated 04.03.2025 and 29.03.2025 on merits within stipulated period. The said applications are made by the petitioners to the Education Officer (Primary) - respondent No. 5.

Learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad has tendered a communication dated 19.05.2025 addressed by Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Dhule, informing the petitioner to submit her proposal through Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Dhule, along with necessary documents.

In view of the above, petitioner shall submit her proposal along with requisite documents to the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Dhule within four (4) weeks from today. On receipt of such proposal, the same shall be processed and decided on its own merits within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
