By consent of the parties, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i.

The order impugned is hereby confirmed.

ii.

The Petitioner-Husband shall pay an amount of Rs.13,00,000/- towards arrears of maintenance amount to Respondent-Wife within a period of eight months, out of which Rs.6,50,000/- shall be paid within a period of four months from today. iii.

The Respondent shall hand over the keys of the flat situated at Godrej Greens, Undri, Pune to the Petitioner within a period of three weeks from today. The Petitioner is permitted to let out the said flat and retain the rent.

iv.

The Respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- deposited by the Petitioner with the Family Court, Pune, with accrued interest, if any.
