When this matter was called out today, Mr. Ashish S. Gaikwad, learned counsel for the Respondents Nos.2 and 3 has prayed for some accommodation with a request to post the matter again after the Diwali vacation.

Mr. Atul Damle, learned senior counsel for the Petitioners submits that in the show cause notice dated 1st August, 2025 (Exh. Be that as it may, on the request of learned counsel for the Respondents Nos.2 and 3, this Writ Petition stands deferred till 4th November, 2025. Since the matter is adjourned at the instance of the Respondents Nos.2 and 3, it would be open for the Petitioners to seek extension of time for filing Show Cause Reply before the concerned authority, citing pendency of this Writ Petition. 4.

Copy of the Writ Petition be served upon the learned counsel for the Respondents Nos.2 and 3.
