The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, the petitioner is willing to join the transferred place. However, there are still vacancies at the places which are convenient to the petitioner and, in the event, the petitioner makes a representation after she joins the transferred place, the representation be directed to be considered by the Competent Authority.
