After hearing Mr. Purandhare, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner at some length and having expressed our disinclination to entertain the Petition on the ground that the alternate remedy available to the Petitioner under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002 has been availed of before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, he has sought for leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to apply before the Debt Recovery Tribunal for expeditious hearing of the Securitization Application. 1/2

Accordingly, the leave is granted. The Writ Petition No. 13001 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open.
