Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22nd July, 2025, which is at 'Exhibit-A' to the petition and to take action in accordance with the representation. 1/3

Learned A.G.P has tendered a letter received by him from the Tahasildar, Khed, Pune, dated 7th October, 2025. The said letter addressed to the learned A.G.P by the Tahasildar, Khed, Pune, is taken on record. In the said letter, the respondent No.2 has stated that he will decide the petitioner's representation within one month from today. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state, that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioner's representation and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open.

Needless to also state that the respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's representation, on its own merits, in accordance with law.
