Sambhajinagar, are apprehending coercive action at the hands of respondent - M.I.D.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there is no encroachment made by the petitioners and it is only at the instance of respondent no.4 there is every apprehension that the respondent - M.I.D.C. may take coercive action against the petitioners.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12.11.2025. Mr.S.P.Joshi, learned AGP waives notice for respondent no.1 and Mr.S.S.Dande, learned counsel waives notice for respondent nos.2 and 3.
