Heard.

The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to " Koli Malhar" is pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 25th

(2) 59- W.P. 13045-2025.odt November, 2021. The petitioner is seeking direction that the tribe claim of the petitioner be decided expeditiously. 3.

This Court by an order dated 21.10.2025, has already protected the service of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.2/ Scheduled Tribes Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.

Till the tribe claim is decided, the service of the petitioner shall not be disturbed solely on the ground of non- submission of tribe validity certificate.

5.

We make it clear that the protection granted by this Court vide order dated 21.10.2025 and which is continued today, will operate only till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided. 6.
