Present petition has been filed for direction to respondents to decide the representations dated 07.01.2025 and 23.05.2025 moved by the petitioner for sanctioning General Nursing Midwifery Diploma Course (GNM) college from special case quota and for granting permission to establish GNM college to the petitioner. 2.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondents, and upon instructions from respondent No.1, makes a statement that the said proposals would be decided within a period of six (6) weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.1 to decide the said proposals dated 07.01.2025 and 23.05.2025 within a period of six (6) weeks from today.
