Shri. Khatake, learned Counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Headmaster of Petitioner No.3 - High School has submitted a proposal on 29th January 2025 seeking individual approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.1 on the post of Shikshan Sevak. Learned Counsel would submit that since then the Authority has not considered that proposal and directions be given to the Authority to decide the proposal within the stipulated time period.

The Education Officer (Secondary), Solapur is directed to decide the subject matter proposal dated 29th January 2025 (Exh.G, Page 39), Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

922-13078-2025-CWP-C=.doc within a period of 8 weeks from today on its own merits. 3.

Needless to mention if any deficiency is found by the Education Officer, an opportunity shall be given to the Petitioner and the School Management to cure the same.

Keeping all contentions open, Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
