Mr. Rajeshirke, learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that in view of the order dated 10th October 2022 (Page 85, Exh.C), the Petitioner would submit an Application for Swechha Punarvasan Anudaan to the concerned Authority i.e. Respondent No.4 - within a period of 4 weeks from today. He further request that inadvertently he did not file such application pursuant to the Order dated 10th October 2022.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to file such Application pursuant to the order dated 10th October 2022 within a period of 4 weeks from today.

Upon receipt of such Application / Claim, the concerned Authority shall pass necessary orders on that Application within a period of 8 weeks therefrom.

Keeping all contentions open, the Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
