The Petitioner is aggrieved by the Order dated 1st November 2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Solapur-II, Solapur in an Appeal / proceedings under Section 67 of the Indian Electricity Act read with Rule 12(2) and 12(3) of the Electricity Rules 1910. 2.

In view of the statutory appellate remedy available in the Act, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. The Petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate remedy as available in law. Uday S. Jagtap 1 of
