The learned AGP tenders a compilation of documents (19 pages), which is taken on record and collectively marked as 'X' for identification. She is instructed to state that all the deficiencies have been removed by the Petitioners and there is no impediment to the participation of the Petitioners in the CAP round for the allotment of students. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Pharmacy Council of India submits that the name of the Petitioners' institution has been included on the portal, and that students would be made available for admission even to the Petitioners' institution.

In view of the above, we direct that Respondent No. 3 shall include the name of the Petitioners' institution in the list of institutions to be offered to students for admission in the CAP round. All concerned authorities are directed to forthwith initiate appropriate steps, as required under the prescribed procedure, and to ensure the Petitioners' participation in the admission CAP rounds.
